You may request a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Products must be in their original condition

  • All tags, labels, seals, and packaging must remain intact

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • A small processing fee (approximately £5) may apply to cover handling and logistics costs, except where the error was on our part.

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

🌍 International Returns
For customers outside the United Kingdom, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
